About Kelly Beaumont
Kelly Beaumont’s career achievements and related expertise have led her to focus exclusively on business coaching. Kelly is a senior consultant who runs leader mentorship programmes for individuals and facilitates organisational transformation for companies. She coaches executives in strategic thinking and trains in evidence-based decision-making approaches. Kelly’s 25 years’ management experience is drawn from several disciplines that began in the banking industry and progressed to marketing and large-scale event management for household name events including SIDS Red Nose Day and the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games. From there, Kelly moved to social cause organisations Redkite and Camp Quality Australia where she was Deputy CEO at each. Kelly gained further expertise in the sector when she studied Non-profit Management at Harvard Business School in Boston. Kelly’s tenure at Camp Quality came when the organisation was planning an overhaul. Her mandate was to drive evidence-based leadership at board level as well as oversee the executive team through the company’s new, five-year plan and its associated change management process.
Kelly is currently Chair of Coraggio Advisory Board 5 and has much to offer new members into this peer-mentoring group. Her energy, people management and change management skills compliment her appetite for challenging status quo thinking while balancing risk and governance.
